You are asking about sturgeon? well I have an answer for you. We do get a short sturgeon season in the Bonneville pool starting in January 2016.
It does not sound like we will have a sturgeon season below Bonneville at in 2016.

In order to keep a sturgeon, they must be in the legal-size limit which is measured from the tip of the head to the fork in the tale. 38 inches is the smallest and 54 inches is the biggest sturgeon you are allowed to keep.

I offer sturgeon fishing trips from two different locations, one of them is Cascade Locks Oregon, and the other location is Hood River Oregon. Locations can vary on weather conditions and where the best chances of catching a keeper size sturgeon is at.
